So how many of you guys who got approved here had filed 485 concurrently and non-concurrently? I am wondering if there is a trend in concurrent applications being processed/approved than non-concurrent ones.

No word AT ALL on my I-485.
 
Approved on Feb 25, 2005

I'm glad and relieved it's all over now. Both my wife and my I-485 has been approved on Feb 25, 2005. No change on LUD or RFE since day 1. This forum has given me valuable information and input by many members. Thanks to Rajiv and Co for setting up this forum for us to share information.

My 485 Has been approved last friday(3/4). Here are my details

LC filed: 2/26/02 AD:6/26/02(EB2)
I140 AD: 1/26/03
I485 Filed: 6/17/03 AD: 3/4/05
FP1: 4/23/02

It's an EB2 case with no RFE.

its like getting my I-485 approved.
I GOT MY 2ND FP NOTICE scheduled for April 18th'2005.
I started with new employer last monday.(Invoking AC-21).

my I-140 AD:may 30th 2003
I-485 RD:March 14th 2003
FP1:April 28th 2003
EAD1:June 6th 2003
EAD2:May 18th 2004
EAD3:RD:02/23/2005
FP2: 04/18/2005 (uscis,norfolk,va)

Rounded the last corner...

USCIS received my RFE response on March 11. Hopefully approval is not far off... (see signature).

At least they updated the case even though the message says:

"On March 11, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

I hope the 570 to 600 days is a "form entry", i.e. their standard message and NOT a true estimate of my waiting period :)
 
Hmmmm am I the only one in this thread who has not heard anything about my application or are there others.....feeling very frustrated
