My I-140 just got approval, I-485 over 180 days. Will be laid off by the end of June.
1)Can apply my second EAD when I lose my job? EAD will expired on October.
2)How do I know if my employer revoke my I-140?
3)How long could I stay in USA to find the job after being laid off?

-----Now the USCIS will not revoke the approved I-140 even if your employer sends a letter to USCIS, find new same similar future permanent job and use AC21
3)How long could I stay in USA to find the job after being laid off?

-----your status is AOS pending after you filed I-485, better find new job soon, you need to be working before I-485 approval and have new employer letter for future job and recent pay stubs.

In my view, its not a MUST to work before I485. As long as one can have a letter from the employer ensuring a job in future after getting GC, you are okie. I485.. is for a future job .. isnt it ?

it is employment based GC, you have to be employed at the time before I-485 is approved, they will ask for recent pay stubs to make sure that you are working and will be working after GC, they want Pay stubs to check that you are employed in same/similar job with other employer and they want to make sure that you will not become public charge after GC
 
Agree . You need to be working .. not necessarily with the Future Employer. You can work anywhere at job. thus you will not be a public charge.

As for the Future employer .. one should demonstrate " continuous " employement upon approval of GC..
