Can someone tell me how much time (approximately) does it take to get labor cleared in Maine under NON-RIR.

State labor query

All,

My lawyer told me that there was query for my state labor, and it seems he has responded to that query, does anyone knows how long it usually takes to get an answer from the DOL in this scenario.

Please do not assume anything or believe anything until unless you have proof like the query paper from state..Please ask him to fax it to you that way you will for sure you have got the query for u r case...It is very important you should know each and everything abt u r case....

Montana,Maine,Rhode Island,North Dakota,Vermont,Wyoming

This company has posted an ad in sulekha.com Look at this link

It says that they got 40 labour approvals in last few months and he asks to come to his company in newjersey personally to verify those Labour approvals.

I have verified his company LC in this website.I didn't find any information about his company.

Try to find out people who are working with that new company and verify with them about the LC's?? As everyone is in the same boat like us, Hope they tell the truth...

Can an Employer based in NJ apply for LC from Maine or any other state where he has no operations???

Hi,
Even I am trying to do from that co. Atleast they claim that they've done some 30 from NH, but did'nt find any on FLC. When talked over phone they said its not updated....
If anyone has more information on this please share it...

my state labor got cleared in maine

I have recieved my state labor cleared in 2months from maine state. Date given by Labor department was Apr23 and it was approved and sent to federal labor on june7.
