LUD on pending I-485 and approved I-140...Reply soon

hi,
It has been about a month since I changed employers after 180 days of pending ( infact 500 days after ) I-485 with an approved I-140 app. My employer mentioned that he would notify USCIS about my change of employment. I just got my employment verification letter from the new HR.

Only now I saw LUDs against my I-140 / I-485 without any message change. Do you guys think my employer might have revoked my I-140???? Had he informed USCIS about my change of employment, or withdraw my I-140 would that harm my I-485 at this point. My I-140 was approved in June 05 with both apps concurrently filed in Nov 2004.

I'm planning to send all ac-21 paperwork asap nextweek. Please reply asap, I'm little worried about this.

There are few threads on the massive lud changes. May that is the part of you case too. You can search in this forum. Mine changed 140 changed two times Jan and July. 485 LUD also changed at the same time. No message change. Just go through the forum. Hope this helps..

ginnu, what I mean is - if he had not revoked but let USCIS know that I'm changing employers. Is it the same as revoking I-140??? He mentioned something about informing USCIS that I'm in the process of switching employers. Please let me know.
 
Indirectly he means to revoke 140. Now you act FAST and send AC21 with help of new attorney and take control of your case.
