lud on our 485's

FYI

Saw LUD on self and my wife's 485 applications, as of today my date is not current as I am a Oct2002 filler. No idea whats going on?
 
Count me in, i have LUD on my 485 and dependents 485.

PD EB3 07/2002
Substitute labour
VSC > TSC 03/07
Sofar four EAD's and four AP's approved.
NOID on I-485, ( Employment verification letter) Answered around 6 weeks back and message says RFE response received and there are three LUD's on 1-485. 09/09, 09/10 and 09/11, after that no response

AP approved on 02/10/08.
Saw latest LUD on 02/01 and 02/03.

Lets see what happends

They might be archiving your case if your PD isn't current and won't be current for a while. There was a discussion over on trackitt about that causing a LUD.
 
Count me in as well. I have lud on my case and 3 dependants. wife and 2 kids.

I called TSC last week (I have been doing so every week now) and the lady said I am still stuck in name check.

I applied for 485 on Dec 22, 2005 and my PD is Aug 1998. (Yes Aug 1998 and it is my application not a sub labour).

Is my case current? I am a EB3 filer.

LUDs on all except 485

PD Current. LUDs today on everything from approved I140 to approved EAD, APs, no LUD on I1485.

I received that letter twice. First one on June 06 and then on Aug 07. Both times were identical with the "Requires Additional Review, Please wait for 6 months" ... crap.

On December I called and they told me that my NC check was cleared(after 2 years :)).

On January 22, I called in the morning and they told me my case was assigned to an officer. At 6:00 PM, I got the e-mails with the approvals.

Well I have not been so lucky as Andy. I have got 4 of those letters.
For the last 2 1/2 years.
Nothing yet.
When I spoke to the IO recently he told me that USCIS checks with various agencies every 6 months. So if a particular check is not cleared they say 6 months because they will check with again in 6 months.
Dont know if this explanation will fly with you or the others but it kind of made sense to me.
 
Got LUDs on my and my wife's 485 on Feb 6th with PD current
