LUD change

Hi Pacha_card,
Can u please let me know when you got the NOID(RFE) ? Was it immediately after you filed the EAD (within how many days) and got the receipt. Also what is the msg update for the I-140 now.
I have applied for my EAD/AP renewal this week and am waiting for my receipts.

When I applied my AC21 nothing has been changed and my ex-employer revoked my I-140 in Oct 2005 then my I-140 LUD changed but no message and no RFE to my attorney. But when I have applied my spouse EAD in March 2006 then my previous attorney received NOID(RFE) on my I-485. So in my case USCIS didn't look at my AC21 papers. So I am again sending AC21 papers in response to RFE

Yes immly after I got my spouse's EAD receipt LUD changed 2 days in a row for my I-485 and my spouse EAD. There was no LUD or message change
for I-140, it is still showing the same date (10/28/2005), in the same week (10/21/2005) my old employer revoked my I-140.

I had sent my 7 year H1 extention papers and have received an approval for 3 years .Also I have received my EAD and AP renewal receipts last week and there have been no LUD changes on my 140 and 485.Do you think my 140 is still active.

If your recent I-140 LUD changed after you have appplied H1 extension that means your I-140 is still active. Also 3 yr extension is approved based on a valid I-140.

I am not a lawyer, it is just my wild guess.

I hope Ginnu or Real Canadian or UnitedNations would respond on this to give us a better picture.

I responded to NOID and waiting to hear some thiing on my H1 and my spouse's EAD.

My LUD for 140 had changed on March 2nd and I applied my H1 extention in Aprill in Premium Processing.There has been no LUD changes on my 140 in April.
Can someone please tell if my 140 is still active.

I also got my EAD approved. It was approved in 10 days from the receipt date.Have also received my EAD cards.
 
That is very good. Congrats.

I am still waiting. My attorney responded to NOID and haven't heard any thing on my case so far. But LUD chaned only on my I-485 continuously for 4 days after responding to NOID and then no change after that.
I am not sure what is going on.

And also my H1 extension RD is 03/23 and now USCIS is processing 02/26 cases, so they can't touch my H1 until it my date comes.
I think same with my spouse EAD RD is 03/04 and USCIS is processing 01/29 cases. So I just have to wait and see.

But is there any way I can find out if USCIS considered my response to NOID and re-approved my revoked I-140.

Hello minicooper,

Looks like we both are in the same boat. After I have responded to NOID, LUD changed for my I-485 continuously for 4 days and again yesterday also.
But no message change. Since you have responded to NOID almost a month ago have you tried calling USCIS to find out what is going on.

My case is only 2 weeks old, so I will wait another 2 weeks and if I see similar LUD changes and no message change then I will call USCIS to find out the status.

Let us know if you call USCIS and have any latest info.

Called USCIS on 04/24,but no information other than received documents on 03/29 and it will take blah blah.
 
Hello minicooper,

GCdeewana posted his case on the same issue.
Similarly LUD changed several times when he responded to NOID and it has been more than 4 months he hasn't heard any thing.

It looks like since our PD's are not current they can't do much on our cases other than filing our AC21 documents in our file. I am just guessing.

So when our cases become current they may again issue an RFE to make sure we have the same job.
