LUD Change on July 4th 2005

Lud on 485 again on 07/06

I got LUD on my 485 today too...! (07/04,07/06).

Is there any pattern by FP completed dates ? I saw most of the LUDs are for the people who have done FPs during May and June.....!

I guess a lot of people are seeing LUD changes. Lets hope its positive news. My wifes 485 app has had a few LUD changes lately but LUD changes can never be trusted.

I think you are right. My wifes official FP date was the 5th of May but she got her FPs done early. Mine were in Feb 05 and I haven't seen a change. So maybe it has something to do with those FP dates. I guess we'll find out soon.

Same boat here, it changed early this morning today, I'm getting more anxious than never. :cool:

LUD 05/16/05
LUD 05/17/05
LUD 05/18/05
LUD 05/19/05
LUD 07/04/05
LUD 07/06/05
 
LUD changed again this morning..as it happened early in the morning..I am guessing it is an automatic update.

So many LUD changes ...

Toxsci,

Since there have been LUD changes for so many of us, I believe these to be automated. I think our cases are just being put aside for the rest of the quarter and this is leading to these LUD changes. I don't mean to be a pessimist but I do not see all of us getting approved in the coming weeks. There may be a few lucky ones but not everyone for sure.

I wish if they can atleast approve our GC's if can't give stamp on our passport or physical green card before October. When they can update LUD, they should start changing message as well instead of showing the original one all the time. That gives us little hope and can understand what's going on....It is really a pain...

I think it means nothing

I think the LUD change means nothing . That too if you are in EB3 and LUD is after July 1st , then it really means nothing at all .

I am in EB3 and my LUD changed . I think that the Oficer approving such a case will be held liable in future if someone inquires , as State bulletiin board very clearly says that VISA is unavailable from July 1st . An officer will not take such a big risk .

May be for EB2 guys , something might be happening . But for me and other EB3 guys , we should l wait till october to be on the safe side.

Mine Too...

Akil, My I-485 LUD is also changing today.
But my case is EB3, PD April 2003. I got EAD and finished FP already.
 
LUD for EB3 means getting wraped up to put to storage

:D Yes I feel that they are just trying to approve our case and when they see EB3 put a flag on file ( tried to approve but could not) and then move on to next file.That is reflected in LUD.Mine LUD (485) changed 6 times in past 2 months but only once message changed as "Finger print recvd ...."
 
Except one or two Eb2 otherwise all EB3 cases's lud has been changing. I guess now they have started to work on Eb3 :confused:

I think you're all approved, but they simply didn't update the online messsages. You'll get approval mails in a week! Please reply to this thread if you get approval by mail!

Don't think so. I'm an EB1, so there are visa numbers available. They are doing something with the files for sure but....what?
