LUD Change on July 4th 2005

there was a LUD change on my 485 again on July 4th 2005. Anybody seen such LUD changes on their 485s?
I saw an LUD change on July 1st and July 4th 2005. I'm getting a little worried!!

Why are you worrying? You should feel good that some one is there to work on your case (even on 4th Of July). Hope you will get GC approved soon. I didn't see my lud change after 07/01/05. The message is still remain the same as original. Btw, what is your PD?

I485 approved date == ???????? LUD changed May4, 2005 after FP, Lud changed July 1, 2005.
FP = May3, 2005 (code 3)
 
I don't think they work on the 4th

Although anything is possible at TSC, I would be very surprised if someone accessed your case today since its the 4th of July and is a holiday. It is probably an automated update. However, anything is possible so be hopeful.

LUD on my 485 case ,too...!

Hi akhilhere,

I also got an LUD for my 485 case. Earlier LUD was 05/19 after I did my FP on 05/13. Let us pray for the Good News....!

I m also in the same situation .. My LUD changed several times during the past week, last one being on 7/5/05 ( Today )
 
Mine changed on 06/29 ..but no change henceforth

May be the automatic update software system went crazy or something .
Why would someone work on the same file for all 3-4 days continously ( even on holidays ) ?
Maybe one message in their queue failed and all the messages are gettign requeued again and again .( sry doing too much oracle these days !! :) )

I am with you..LUD changed on 7/1 and 7/4!
Hope it is automatic update...I would not feel that comfortable if someone really did work on it on July 4th!

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a nice weekend.
I'm glad to see you all are having LUDs. Someone is actually working on your cases, how lucky. I have'nt had an LUD since the beginning of MAY :(
I check my portfolio many times a day, and nothing....SO it's been really good for you.

I don;t know about July 1st, but mine changed on July 4th too.
My LUDs are:
FP 05/14/05 (code 3)
LUD 05/16/05
LUD 05/17/05
LUD 05/18/05
LUD 05/19/05
LUD 07/04/05

It is weird that the LUD change on a holiday, though. :confused:
 
LUD change on wifes AP and 485

Guys and Gals,

For what its worth, there has been a LUD change on my wifes 485 and AP today. We have been trying to get our APs approved and called the National Customer Service Center last week. They started an inquiry and towards the end of the week we saw a couple of LUD changes (06/29 and 06/30). The message on both applications now states the following -

"We have responded to your request for more information ...."

I am not expecting anything to happen but will keep everyone updated on the progress.

FP on 4/28
LUD 4/29, 6/13, 6/14, 6/23. 6/24. Approved on 6/23, but website infor did not change, received approval letter on 6/30.
 
My wife did FP on 6/17. LUD changed on 6/17, 6/29, 6/30 and 7/5. Looks like they are updating all 485 cases.
 
Hi Guys,

Just few minutes ago LUD was changed for me and my wife's I485 cases. There wasn't lud change till 6pm. Hope for the best.

Mine too!
It again changed from 07/04/05 to 07/05/05. I checked until 8 P.M but it changed after that.
Wonder whats going on with our cases.

I guess a lot of people are seeing LUD changes. Lets hope its positive news. My wifes 485 app has had a few LUD changes lately but LUD changes can never be trusted.
