LUD change in approved 140 .. wiered?

Hi eb1a_2008,
I see a pattern from other postings that the recent I140 lud have some connection to name check.
 
I also got the LUD change (7/8/2006) on approved I-140 and approved AP. May be they are moving around the files......

Who knows.........
 
I-140 LUD before I-485 RFE

Hi!

I also checked my Portfolio which shows that before getting RFE on I-485 on 06/16/2006 there was LUD on My approved I-140 on 06/04/2006 though My I-140 was approved in 2004. I don't know whats going on why there was LUD on approved I-140 also.
 
LUDs changed twice on 140 AP EAD twice in 6 months.. Not sure what is going on .. will keep you posted if anything happens with my case..

I saw LUD on my approved I140. No other LUD changes.
the LUD is 07/08/06.

Seems every one getting LUD on the same date (07/08/06), Any positive thing going to happen?

No idea on what's going with name check. EB3, PD current but filled 485 recently so not expecting anything at this time.

Since these LUD's changed on Saturday, I am sure they are not human made changes but some kind of automated process.

According to last year's inquiry my name check was cleared. Not sure whats the situation now. EB3 PD is not current.

I-140 LUD changed on 6/24. I-485 pending for 2 years. PD not current, name check already cleared.

Since I changed my job three month ago, I am preparing to file AC-21 shortly. Is it still OK with my I-485?

Yes I have also seen an LUD (07/08/2006) on my approved I-140 which was approved last year but no change in I-485 which has been pending for more than a year...is this a good sign? does name check clearance triggers this LUD? Gurus any insight.

Thanks for your enterprising effort of documenting the facts...do you know if name check clearance triggers an LUD on an approved I-140? even though you are with the same employer? I-485 pending for more than a year?

It looks like lot of people had LUD on an approved I-140 around 1st week of July. Hoping to be a good sign!...by the by what is your GC profile my PD is May 2004. I-485 pending since one year.

Hi,
I was trying to analyze the fact that name check clearance triggers an LUD on an approved I-140, especially the massive luds on I140s on 07-08-06. Form the posting from the fellow members and other postings in other forums, I can see a pattern. The pattern is that most of them have their name check pending. I guess(very very wild guess) that name check clearance must have triggered lud on all our I 140s.
Documenting the process of name checking is not my work. I just took it from this forum somewhere and posted it here.

The recent masive luds on approved I140 on 07-08-06 has nothing to do with the name check clearance. I called USCIS and checked whether my security check is complete. My security check is still pending.

Did your I-140 also had LUD? if so was it on 07/08/2006 or end june 2006? may I know my GC profile. My PD is May 2004 and I-140 approved in 2005 and I-485 pending since one year plus.

AD - ?????????? Name check pending.
