LUD change and approval theory

Guess everyone got approved and we are a few ones left to be mentioned in exception section :D

Note that while initiating this thread PD retrogress were not announced

My last LUD change was on 12/02/04. My wife's LUD is changing everyday since the last two working days. I am expecting a medical RFE for my wife. Lets see if there is a pattern.. I will keep you posted. ;)

30 Nov: FP results received, processing resumed
21 Dec: LUD change (no change in message)
22 Dec: LUD change (no change in message)


Does the successive change of LUDs mean anything? RFE or approval?

Theory held true when EB3 retrogression was not announced. Right now it is difficult to figure out anything, however looking at you PD USCIS should approve you now. Good luck

Here iam giving my information to theory analysis.
I expected to get my approval before this year.
even before opening the email account.

Iam agreed for LUD couple of times updated after FP DONE. thouse can get approvals soon.

LUD 11/16/04 (FP RCVD) after 7 days of FP DONE
LUD 11/24/04 (with out message)
LUD 12/22/04 after 5 weeks of FP RCVD OR after 6 weeks of FP DONE.

Hi Guys

Santa Claus has brought us I-485 approvals (me and my wife) !!! Got the long awaited emails today.
 
here is the my theory!!!

Today I got emails from INS regarding approval notice.

Same date 6 years back, American Embasy has given visa in Chennai.

1) so far i did not get any REF , czs --> company stability, way of docs filing
2) approval expectation date based on --> FP receiving date of INS
3) Iam giving vote for couple of times of LUD change theory after FP done.
4) To be done early fp no problems.
5) once opend file after INS FP RCVD LUD, we can get soon, on that approval finised.

hi all
i have seen some cases in the 2004 tracker that got approved <3 weeks after final LUd change.

Their LUD's changed two days in a row, and then case approved < 3 weeks after the last chande day.
B.T.W. all these are concurrent approvals (EB2).

hope every one can get approvals soon, once finishes the FP RCVD LUD without RFE.May be before Christmas OR mostly before New Year.
