LUD Change 3 Times after FP

I called today again and I spoke with a Lady, I explain to her what’s happening with my LUD and she said than it is normal, but if I want, she can transfer me to another person who have access to my file.
I said YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!
Another lady takes the phone, she was very nice, she saw all my information and she toll me that the only think I can do is wait. She said that everything looks fine FP, FBI Name check, etc.
I asked if she is an officer and she said no, but I feel that she was.

Any one with same situation?

Yes, I did but I couldn't pass thru the system error. What number did you punch?

I tried calling and could only talk to the first lady who picked up the phone. she said same thing to me that it is normal, but did not transfer to any other person. But based on your experience it looks like we are in a good shape.

What's the number you called about name check? I filed in Mar 04 and got 140 approved. All my papers are complete and I'm wondering why 485 is not yet approved. Thank you.

I did not call about name check. called up to know why LUD is changing everyday since 9-feb but no approval yet.
 
RFE Reply for 485 (EVL)

Hi All,
I submitted the Reply to RFE (asking for Employee Verification Letter - AC21) and LUD changed on 3/9. It changed again on 3/10, but this time only the Date and not the status. Mine 2nd FP was done on 1/23 and on 2/4, the LUD was updated with FP receipt from FBI.

What I am learning from this discussion thread that the LUD would be changing everyday. I guess, that's normal??? :confused:

LUD Changes.

From boquita postings, it seems the LUD Changes during weekdays and not weekends and I am thinking, there could be a process in their system, may be an alarm, that updates the case letting the people know that it is pending...Trying to be Optimistik!!!.

I don't think it is some kind of automated process that is changing the LUD, because we have seen it changing at different times of the day. We are not counting weekends here as we know its holiday on those two days.

But the changes have gone too much now: 21 days.

I think they are chaging your LUD on behalf of every one who did FP after you; This was TSCs one of the backlog reduction plans to save time :D :D :D
