Anyone who had LUD - 11/11/2004 and the status message as below still waiting ? Any changes to your status after that ?

"Current Status:

On November 8, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283"
 
mine FP was done on Oct 28th and was recd on 11/04

after that Lud changed on

11/09/2004
11/11/2004

msg still says "we recd ur FP"....


msg u mentioned here could be because of address change request or status enquiry request, did u do any of those 2?


when u did ur FP?

I have the same message as you, and LUD 11/11/04, and I got mail from USCIS, status that my case is pending review considaration, not sure what it means.

I also have the LUD upated on 11/11/04 and I received a letter from USCIS stating the following.
"The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another offive to assist us in the final adjudication of your case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case."

The online message says the same "On November 09, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

485 received date 11/3/02
LUD updated 6/15/04, 7/30/04, 11/10/04, 11/11/04
 
My lud got updated again today and the message got changed again to

"On November 19, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

From

"On November 09, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

After quering about my wife's 485 case on 11/25/2004 she got the same letter from USCIS as I got it states.
"The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. We are awaiting further information from another office to assist us in the funal adjudication of this case. As soon as this information is received, processing will continue on this case."

No one replied to my message that did any one else got the same letter from USCIS after inquiring about their case? or what letter you guys got after inquiring about your case.

Her online message says "On November 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

It could be as simple as they checking yr FP with FBI, there is always a delay... Dont worry
