i and my-spouse had lud of 8/19/2006. mine got changed when i filled ac21 in jan-2007.

You're right, but nobody mentioned about their last LUD. Lot of approved cases would have got 08/19. Who knows exactly?
What the status of the folks who had LUD on there 485 on 08/19/2006?
Some at that point thought they have got into preApproved pool .. but there are hardly any approval for LUD 08/19/2006 Guys?
What's your thoughts?

There are MANY cases which got approved with LUD of 8/19/06.
My case was also stuck at this date ...but the dates changed on 1/1/07...
I got to know from IO that my case was preadjuducated...
My case got approved today...with no change in LUD till yesterday...

My last LUD before approval was 08/19/2007.
First let me thanks to this Forum founder and the members.It's long journey, ended with good news.
My GC also got approved on June 19th 2007.Just checked my email.

My LUD date is 06/14/07 and it has changed two more time just before that. It has some meaning to it but IO refused to divulge more details on it. It also does not mean that you are getting approved next day. It just that there is some processing going on!! My advise...keep your HOPE ALIVE..GOOD LUCK

We (myself & guldukan) are the only two who has LUD of 8/11/06. Don't know whats going on with our case.

4 EAD Renewals.5 times finger prints.
Talked to INS NC Cust Service few times since last 2 weeks.
They keep telling me that Your case Name Check & everything is done. Its Preadjudicated, but its waiting to be looked at by the officer.
I was wondering too if there is any significance to 08/19/2006, as i had finger prints done in March,2007, but it didnt update the date there......i asked the official when i called. they said they got the finger prints fine.
dont know whats goin on..

According to CSR on 06/08/07 : Every thing looks good and I should get the approval within 30 days.

LUD 08/19/2006, Approved just Yesterday
Me and my wife's LUD's are 08/19/2006 and both of them are approved yesterday.
But, I have 3 of my friends with the same LUD and they have not got the Approval. I have a storng gut feeling that all folks with this LUD will get approval within the next week at the max.

I, My wife and my son’s LUDs are also updated on 08/19/2006. I got another LUD on 10/28/2006. I called USCIS and they are not providing info. I have created a CSR on June 13, 2007 and I have received a reply from NSC on June 16, 2007 as follows:
'Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 to 120 days of the date of this letter.”
Today I have contacted my congresswoman requesting to help me with my I_485 status.
Since June, 18 2007 my stress levels have increased a lot.

My PD is 06/2002 and RD is 04/2004. i took a infopass and went to the center in chicago, asked them about my security and name check status, they said both are cleared. asked her whats the status of my case, she said its under review and after talking to her little bit, she said they are processing it by 485 filing date. just wanted to share with you. BTW i had a LUD on 8/19/2006.
