Address Change Query ????

Hi !!

My details :

ND : 5/13
FP : 7/11

I just moved to new address and asked my lawyer to
update INS about it. He called INS today and updated
my address over the phone.

Now my question is, is it sufficient to call and inform
INS over the phone OR one need to send AR-11 form also to
the INS ???

Any info/experience is appreciated .....

Just recieved the EAD card in mail
RD 05/14/02
EAD approved 06/04/02
card recieved 06/08/02
THOUGH NO CHANGE IN AVM.
 
FP can be done by walk in

We did our FP on 5/18 saturday at Philadelphia, Our scheduled date was 6/20. Philadelphia center is very good. We went around 7:45 AM, They evn opened the office early since it was raining and they didn\'t want us to stand in the rain. We were out in half an hour. Considering what we hear about INS, the service was out of this world.

Finger print billing notice. Anyone have this situation.

Hi guys,

I have applied 485s to me and wife with 305 dollars application fee for each of us. They sent the received notices by stating we received 305 dollars. In my case I got the billing notice for 50 dollars and wife didn\'t get this notice although she got the finger print notice. I was spoke to INS 3 times and they replied me that notice was generated because of an error and was told me she is putting the request for me to the finger print notice. But they never change the status on their system which was "there is an insufficent fee on ... and we mailed u a notice ...". I also sent the check for 50$. So what is the good solution to resolve this issue. Please post ur experiences with these kind of issues.

Received FP notice on 06/15/02. But I din\'t see any change in my AVM message
