LPR spouse in India having valid b1/b2 wanting to visit US

Hi,
Im a LPR recently married (May 2010) and my wife is currently in India who holds a B1/B2 Visa from her company. Its a 10 year multiple entry b1/b2, No company annotations on visa. It has a '*'. I want her to visit me for about 3 months. It will be her first trip to USA. My questions
- Can she visit me with her company provided b1/b2 ?
- will invitation/support letter from me pose a problem ?
- what documentation should she carry ?
- things to declare at POE ?

She can visit you using that visa. She should truthfully declare her intention that she is visiting her husband, when questioned. She needs to keep her answers short and truthful. No need to volunteer anything either.

Worst case = Denied entry and put on the next plane back
