LPR living abroad, where to file I-130 for child?

Dear all,

I am a LPR currently living and working in Australia (got I-131 and N-470). My wife and I had twin babies after I had filed her I-130 with USCIS. Now I want to submit separate I-130's for the babies. Should i file the petitions with USCIS or with US embassy in Australia? My family lives with me in Sydney.

If the US Embassy in AU does direct consular filing and accepts petitions from the LPRs, you can do it in Australia. But I am not sure it's of any benefit to you since you are an LPR.
