Low Grades on student (F1) going for H1 Multiple Visa in india -- please help

Hi,
I have posted on other forums sorry...
One year back I was unable to complete my Masters in Civil Endineering due to low grades( got dismissed from school).
I got an h1 visa from an civil engg company and have been working with them . I got H1 based on my bachelors.
I am now going to India next week, will there be a problem with getting the multiple visa?? Will they ask about this in the Chennai Consulate
I have to go for my brothers wedding,please help.

Civil Engineer job through Chennai consulate will be problem. Take all the documents especially your sponsering company details. How many employees, turnover, H1b staffs etc with you. If posssible go to Bombay to stamp.Thnx

Make sure your papers including the H1 visa plus your passport and all the supporting documents are valid at last 6 more months. Find out what papers you need if you want to leave the country and it is safe to do that. Multiple visas are not really problem but if anybody ask you about your low grades tell them your true situation and you will be fine.

You want to renew your H-1B visa? What are multiple visas? What you need/want is unclear to me, but other posters seemingly understood and answered so I guess that's ok.
