Lost EAD!!!!! :-(

I recently moved and my EAD got misplaced somehow. I had gotten it from the Missouri service center and it expires in Dec 2003. So I need to get it replaced. Can I get it replaced through any INS office or should I go back to the MISSOURI office? Also how difficult is it to get it replaced?

Procedure is the same as regular or renewal EAD. Form I765, fees, photos, I485 receipt copy.
