LOST EAD card !!

My wife lost her EAD card yesterday along with her purse and wallet.
How can I request for replacement of EAD card.
She got her EAD card one month back. So the validity of the card is upto next year September.
Any kind of information related to this is highly appreciated.

No provision for replacement/duplicate card has been made available by INS. But you could go to local INS and by showing the EAD receipt can get an interim EAD with the same features as in the original EAD.
It will be also safer to apply for another EAD card (there is no harm in having two EADs with overlapping dates)
Most companies will accept a photocopy of EAD too.

Thanks, I will check it out from the local INS, if they can issue a temporary card.
I dont even have photo copy of the EAD card received.
