hi there
mmmmmm to say the least , i wanna apply for an IMMIGRANT VISA TO THE US THROUGH MY MOTHER, she is a is a lawful permenant resident ,she leave the US temporary , also she still have a valid GREEN CARD .
so basically i am looking for agent who could be a trusted guy or a ( not expensive immigrant attorney ) , i will fill the forms & send the documents, with the fees .
all he have to do is to forward it to the USCIS , also he have to receive the corresponds from the USCIS & national visa center and forward it to me through fax . which means i need a physical address because i dont have address in the US .
Thanks for reading so far , my dilemma is i know exactly about the procedure and how to fill the forms ( i already have some experience ) , i make some research about the fees if i wanna give this case to the lawyer but it seem to me so much , so i am lookinng for some one who could do this favour to me without paying a thousands of $$$$ . and i dont mind if he is only a trusted guy not a lawyer

your mom files I-130 for you. It will be quite a few years before you will hear from National visa center and actually start filling out all the paperwork for an immigrant visa.

Your mom is supposed to reside in the US and have a physical address here.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm , she stil have a valid GC but we dont have a physical address " because she leave the US temporary " , I-130 may take many years thats why i wanna start this case early .
i dont wanna spend the time talking about my situation .
i am only looking for a " not expensive immigrant attorney " or trusted guy

Even having someone in the US sending the forms won't get around the fact that she needs to reside here.
