I want to find out if can find a problem finding a Job in USA because his Degree is from another country?
No, it doesn't matter whether the degree is from a different country. However, it might be required by the future employee that you get your degree evaluated by an independent organization (you will then receive a certificate that your degree is equivalent to a certain US degree). This is no big deal. (A bigger issue is how well a person speaks English)I want to find out if can find a problem finding a Job in USA because his Degree is from another country?

That's why I made the hint that how well a person speaks English is a big issue ;-)Hmmmm?! Ok, I will be the first one to say it: There is something a little bit off about the tittle of this thread that makes it very curious.
Generally speaking "for matured people" suggests something else other than what Russian_boys meant. (At least in the U.S. anyway). The suggestion here being that there might be something X-rated about the thread
Just a thought. Sorry about the minor detour
I was told that I could use any service that belongs to the following associations: http://www.naces.org/ or http://www.aice-eval.org. I chose Education International because it is pretty cheap ($75), really fast and they did not require a translation of German documents. However, I would first ask your employee whether he prefers a certain service.
I had some issues because we didn't have anything equivalent to college transcripts at my university. My employee insisted that he would receive some kind of documentation directly from my university (this is standard here in US, but not in Switzerland). Fortunately my former university was very cooperative.

American Cultural tip #001.
Generally speaking, "for matured people" might suggest something else other than what Russian_boys probably meant. It suggests that there might be something X-rated or sexual about the thread

Wrong. I had to get credential evaluation done for my teaching position at a community college. They need the information for accreditation purposes. I did not have to do that until it was sure that I had the job. I would wait with the evaluation until a possible employer asks for it, in case the employer prefers a specific service.Unless you are applying for H1 or EB GC, nobody bothers you to require the credential evaluation.
Employers just look at your resume and they can decide whether to get you for interview.
