When I go out the I will only be 17 what are the living arangements is there somewhere on campus or would you be allowed to rent somewhere ?
 
From your posting, we can only understand that you are 17 yrs old.

You have to be 18 to sign any contract , it is 21 in some states .
See , you cannot rent a car if you are below 21 .. Why is that ?
