Hi! guys what does the finger printing code say about the approval of case
Note date July 2001
Bio code 3 sep 14
LUD sep 16

Anyone with any idea if code 3 of bio means that I need some more bio in the future before my case can be approved. any idea can help Thanks in advance.
 
my dear faysal after taking that chill pill i hope u will feel better............ brother ....code three includes everything
1 finger prints (all ten fingers)
2 ur picture (for green card)
3 ur auto graf ( also for green card)
so nothin to be worried about .....let the right time come and u will get everything trust me on that :)

code 1= Fingerprint(10 fingers) for background check purpose(FBI).You have to do code1 if you've never been fingerprinted or have been previously fingerprinted but finger prints expired after 15 months while your case is still pending.
code 2= Index print,digital photo and signature,for Green card.
code 3= code1+code2.

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
Current Status:
On December 8, 2005, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to an office in SAN FRANCISCO ASYLUM OFC. for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. You should receive a notice informing you that your case has been transferred to a local office. Please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 to receive information about local office processing times. :cool:

You can choose to receive automatic case status updates, which will be sent via email

Mysterious Office: :confused: Does anyone on this forum has any experience or know how San Francisco Asylum Office conducts its business. After my case has been pending for five years at the NCS, they finally sent my case back to mysterious office. I think is it part of reducing the backlog at the Nebraska service center. Any ideas experience !:(
 
I think SF office is a very liberal one. you can find their statistics on INS website. Why do you think your case is transferred. any change in your country situation?

Generally speaking...if the marriage is terminated by divorce before P.R. status granted... the derivative benificiary will not be eligible for permenant resident status through this relationship.
so if the marriage was terminated the derivative spouse will be out status as the relationship giving him that status is terminated.
then the derivative spouse have to seek another legal status to legally remain in the U.S. before the divorce take place.
I strongly suggest good lawyer for your case.
my freind won his P.R. despite divorce after he show the judge that his wife abuse him about obtaining his legal status.
really I feel sorry for you ..stay strong and focus to do samthing keep you legal in the country.

Thank you for your advice and insight. As you may know I was a deravitive asylee, my wife being the principal. After divorce they asked me to do nunc pro tunc, and when I did they transfered my application to local office. My concern now is not that my status will be terminated, but to get things going. Even if they deny me an asylum in this country I have accumaled some money and education so that won't be a big issue here. the main issue here is after 5 years in line for greencard transfer to this local office.

Any idea how long it may take before they call me for an interview. Also in the notice message, they don't talk or question my asylum status, they are talking about adjustment of status. I have the feeling they will call me for an interview. My cas is little bit complex. there is also children involved.
Any way I hope the best.
and final point Jubillee, my marriage is old about 17 years :rolleyes
 
I will not worry too much. They have been very lenient with granting asylum nunc pro tunc to former derivative asylees. Unless they think your marriage was not in good faith or if you have citizenship in a democratic country, they will grant nunc pro tunc asylum to you. It is no big deal.
 
Be brave faysal ...I have strong feeling you goona beat the case...just don't hesitate to hire good lawyer and be extremely truthfull and direct with him...I'm sure he will help you out.

Stop trying to scare people. This is a normal process for divorced and aged out asylees

Hi! Guys thank you for comments and incauragement: Today, I have recieved my transfer notice of action (I-797C). It reads this way:
This is to notify you that we have transfered the above application to the INS office at: 75 Hawthorne Street, #303S, San fransisco, CA 98101.
Tell: (415) 556-6815.
We transfered the case because the record indicate that office has jurisdiction over the case. that office will notify you of subsequent action taken on this case. Any further inquiries should be made to that office.

I tried to contact the phone number, and it was disconnected long time ago.

Q1. Does this message sound familiar or it is strange?
Q2. Does INS still exist?
Q3. Any person with experience of that office?

Mine was denied there. The officer was such an asshole. He was literally smiling at me while I was telling my story. Believe me not all of them are nice.

Every office has compassionate officers and officers that are not sympathetic by nature.

Thank you thanful: I have read many of your postings to me and to other people, and you have been very insightful: however, your last posting on my questions regarding the transfer seemed to me to be faith-based. I have been patient for the last five years, sitting and waiting, but for the last three months I waged a campaign against the USCIS and each time I attacked them they touched my file and they answered in some way. Now, I am determined to keep attacking them, writing to them, writing to congressional office, complaining to the office of Obsman etc. Any way still, thankful you can redeem your insighfulness and answer my questions with your friends

they claim the my case was transfered to an INS office. I thought INS was integrated and added to USCIS. Does INS exist?
I called the number they give me and it does not work. why?
Any Ideas?
