Listing children on the K1

Hi,

I have recently down loaded the I-129 forms for my fiance' and am starting the process of getting our K1 Visa in action. My question is that in the form it asks for me to list all children. There would be only one child involved in the move even though she has 2. The second one her boy lives with his father and would be staying with him. The child that is involved is by another man. Do I have to list all of her children or just the one that is involved with the K1

Thanks in advance

Yes. List ALL children of your fiance. Years into the future she may wish to petition for the son that stayed behind BUT he would start out looking like a fraud or "magically appearing" child if he is not disclosed from the start.

As mentioned in the previous, it is essential that you mention all her children even though your fiance may be bringing only one into the US now. Just attach the children's birth certificates which has the names of the parents with the child's name in it. This will show that they have a common parent ( your fiance)
