Link new I-140 with pending 485

My I-140 (Labor based) was mailed to Nebraska and the approval came from Texas Service Center.

I also have a I-140 approved (in March 2005) based on NIW (self-petition) and based on that I had filed 485 in March 2005. My 485 file is in California USCIS and the I140 (labor) file is in Texas service center.

I plan to link this labor based I-140 for my pending 485 (to take advantage of the older priority date - Oct 2002 - I am Indian). Any idea to efficiently link the new I-140 with my pending 485, especially considering the fact that my 485 file is in CA and the 140 file is in Texas.
