This is good stuff. WE will include them.
We've got 6 signed documents so far, thanks to those who have signed - I dont remember your screen names and dont want to use your personal names here... so I will skip the personalization of the gratitude for now.

We need at least 94 more. Please ask your friends to spread the word around and get as many people to sign as possible.

I don't want to put more burden on you, you're doing such a great job. But do you think if, for the people that sent you the letter, it would be possible to know if you received it OK. For example, I have sent you the letter a moment ago, but right now I am not sure if you received or not.
May be you could let us know by posting the initials and the State.

I am sending individual responses to all who I receive letters from. I haven't received yours yet.

Are we putting any individual case information in the letter? We will put our name, address etc. Please let me know. Thanks

You can add that to your signature if you want to. If you see the letter though, it was written so that it conveys our problems AND requests that we get adjudicated ... I dont think it'll hurt to put your case number in but I am not sure it'll help either.

Thx. That makes sense. We want them to take a look at bigger picture and not investigate individual cases.

I am new to this forum, but I am inspired by what you are doing. I am in the same boat, and I will forward the information to people that I know. Hopefully, we can collect more signiture.

16 - If you are thinking its too little, so am I.
I am disappointed though not shocked by the united support we have received. However, if this group here wishes to, I am happy to send whatever we have on to the Senator(s) office(s).

Also, if each of the 16 who have responded (and all our thanks to those who have responded) can get 3 or 4 people to sign each. We will look pretty strong.

CC'ing CA Senator(s)

Hi Spidey,

why didn't you include CA Senator's in CC? My LC was filed in CA and now is in Philly (PD Oct 2003, RD July 2004, 45day letter Feb 2005). When I spoke to the lawyer, he said that letter is OK, but I should also CC a CA Senator. Is it OK if I add CA into CC section of my letter?

BTW, eFax really rocks - free, takes less than 20 minutes to set up, lets everyone send you a fax using normal US telephone and normal fax machines and finally you get all the pictures in email and can save then as JPG, at least I was able to : )

Sure - please feel free to include a CA Senator if you'd like.
Thanks for the suggestion about eFax but I'd rather just get an email of a jpg, bmp, gif or pdf as email attachment if you dont mind.

I volunteer to receive Fax'ed letters

Hi Spidey,

how about this: I can receive Fax on my eFax account and then resend images to your email address? If it's OK, could you update first message you've posted on this thread to list my Fax number?

Everyone: feel free to fax your letters to (209) 391-5571 and I will resend images to Spidey. OK, OK, I promise to destroy images afterwards and not to use your personal info :))

Come on - it's that simple - print the letter, sign, and Fax it to me or send to Spidey!

If you're concerned about legality of this letter - I DID run it by my immigration attorney and attorney did tell me that letter is OK (just add your state to CC list).

Spidey, could you post my eFax and link to this thread on other relevant threads?

CC to MA Senators

Hi Spidey,

Why didn't you include MA Senator's in CC? My LC was filed in MA and now is in Philly (I guess, as I haven't rcvd any 45-day letter and per MA-SESA all cases that did not make it to regional office have been transfered to Philly). I had already sent a bunch of letters to the MA senators and labor secy in May. Is it OK if I add MA into CC section of my letter?

I am trying to get few more folks(who are in the same boat) around here to sign up.

Could you email a note to Spidey about sending petitions to NY Senator? I had a similar idea since 10,000 CA cases including mine went to Philly, and CA is not on the CC list.

Spidey, could you send petitions to CA/NY as well? BTW, what's the current number of petitions you've received?
