I just spoke with my congresswoman's immigration liason. She said that USCIS have told her they are still working on 10/30 and therefore any notice dates after 10/30 cannot have been processed. Does anyone here have a ND of 10/31 or later who has been approved through NBC? If so could you let me know. Even better would be if anyone is willing to share their MSC receipt number with me so that I share it with her to show that later cases have been processed. Thanks guys.

Hi Nite-

I already have a SSN as I was an F1. I applied for it as a student.

Sorry to hear about the delay in getting the SSN. But as some of the posts say, you will not have a problem getting it soon. What I would do if I were you is wait for a couple of weeks or so after you applied for the SSN and try and go to the local SSN office enquiring about the status.
