Attorney got the receipt..

I just got an email that my I485 receipt notice has arrived.

RD 6/29
ND 8/16..

I did\'t apply for EAD/AP at VSC as i can get it at local INS. Tomorrow i am going to get EAD at Boston local ins. No plans for AP yet.

You already got your EAD from Boston local office, Are they (VSC) going to issue second one, probably you did not inform VSC.the
Pls, advise your first, locally issued card is good for one year or six months.

I just heard from the AVM that my EAD was approved on 8/17 and plastic has been ordered.

My Details:
RD: 6/5/2001
ND: 8/7
AP Approved: 8/10
EAD Approved: 8/17

Receipt date june 7 th
Notice date Aug 9 th
AP - approved on Aug 15 th
Wifes EAD approved on Aug 20 th

AVM say EAD approve and card ordered.

How many days it will take to recieve the card ??? any idea guys

qba -- I got for 1 yr from Boston. My attorney told me that he would write a letter to VSC. Apparently VSC approved my EAD before they could read the letter. How ever according to Boston INS the EAD issued by VSC is null and void.

hello guys,

I checked with my bank this morning and both the checks for 485 & AP got cashed as of yesterday. I had mailed my application on the 21st and it was recieved by VSC on the 23rd. I don\'t kno the other details just as yet but will upate infitime.com as soon as i have it!!!
