Less than 14 yrs of age and I-131 Reentry Permit

Hi Gurus,

My daughter is 13 and I would like to apply I-131. As she is under 14 is it necessary for her to wait till she get the permit in US? Can she apply and leave and the permit can be hand over to her during my visit in another couple of months?

Yes she can, and if for any reason her application get denied she could simply return back with her GC within year from her departure. In another words, she should be in US in the day of application and the day of biometrics only.
