LC through Sprint

How do we get started on this. My case is currently in DOL, Chicago, so does that mean I have to contact a senator in Chicago or will the Overland park senator suffice in my case too?!

I think Overland Park senator should help us(we are in his constituency). First step should be to check with our attorneys if they are ok with us doing this now, or in 3/4 more months when we know that 2004 looks unpromising as well.

Nothing yet :(

Man, this wait is killing me. I don't know if the lawsuit filed by the office of Rajiv Khanna will help us in any way. I sure hope so.

I am a little worried about approaching the senator yet. I was this close to asking my attorney, but didn't want to aggravate the discussion even further...know what I mean.

I don't know how much more longer this will go on. Is there light at the end of the tunnel at all??????

WaitTime

Can all of you post, how long its been since your LC is transferred to Chicago?
Mine was sent on 3/12/2003.
-Thanks

There are some cases with

Current Status : NOF Rebuttal Received On 02/04/2003.

and still not approved.

I guess LCHolding is one of the unlucky guys.

DOL started working on Sprint cases

Does that means that DOL started looking at Sprint cases. Latest update from DOL was posted on 12/21/03 for this case.

Case # : 05416561
DOT Code : 031.062-010
Received Regional Office: 12/02/2002
Current Status : Denied, posted On 12/21/2003.

Does it mean that the case has been denied?

How did you find about the case status? Did you call DOL? Is information available online now?

Thanks,

Re: DOL started working on Sprint cases

Also, are you sure that this is a Sprint case? Some case numbers closer to mine have been certified, but I think they are non-Sprint cases. Anyway, if these are Sprint cases, then at least there is some movement.

Let's be POSITIVE!!!

Website

how are you guys checking the status? Can you post the details on website or phone number?
Also how did you get your case number?

Re: Website

Ok...here goes:

Call 312.596.5400, press 4 and then 0. When someone answers, give them your name (first and last) and ask for your case number. They will give it to you. Once you get it, ask for the status. They will either give it to you, or ask you to call 312.353.1059 to check with your case number.

Hope that helps. I am waiting for some one to give us the good news!!!

Re: DOL started working on Sprint cases

Someone asked if the following was a Sprint case. Yes, it was. Filed by Elaine Tang for the position Data Communication Analyst with DOT code ( 031.262-010 ) and NOT 031.062-010 which is for a software engineer.

This is super

Finally i was able to find my case number with this website. I compared the Dates received at state and regional office and bingo. No NOF, may be too early to look at my case.
-Thanks raju

Anything?

Has anybody heard anything? I am not even getting responses back from my attorney. March is almost here...hoping we get some good news soon.

NOF Rebuttals sent on 98 cases!

Per that website, this is what I found -

Cases filed by Sprint from 01/01/2001 and 02/01/2004 are: 205
NOF Issued on (currently): 12 cases
NOF Rebuttal received by DOL on: 98 cases
Received by Regional Office: 54 cases
Withdrawn: 1 (ONE) case
Certified: 40 cases
Last case certified on: 02/05/2003

...does'nt look very impressive...not sure when they'll take some (any) action on this!
