----The LC salary is to be paid after I-485 approval, LC was filed for FUTURE permanent job and GC is for Future job.

----not a problem, relax!!

So previous H1B salary being less than prescribed on H1B - should not have any effects..you meant ?

1 when you are on H1 then for H1 filing they attached LCA (NOT LC) and emplyer is supposed to pay the wages according to LCA or more than LCA when you are working on H1 status.

2 the LC is filed for future job (GC) and the salary wriiten on LC has to be paid after I-485 approval

4 your H1B salary has nothing to do with LC salary. H1 and LC,I-140, I-485 are difrrent petitions.
