LC halt due to string of Layoffs

my list

Applicants from these companies have their LCs pending.
RD is first week of Nov-2001. But then some of them could be non RIR.

i heard they are going to make a decision next week aboutcompanies who had massive layoffs

i called up the DOL. seems like they had a meeting to decide what they need to do with pending cases

I see that there are few cases that got certified on the pending list
with RD 10/29

Any news from DOL? The unemployment numbers are the lowest since OCT. I hope its a good twist in our favor.

I sent an email to LCSTATUS10@doleta.gov with my employer\'s Tax ID. I am in Washington state. I got the response back showing the following:

As you can see, the last certified one was 12/06/1999. However, one of my coworkers got his LC certified May 2001. He filed his LC in Jan. 2001.

Hide atleast one or two digits of case number when you display the
case status so that nobody complains to DOL.

but dude...what is the use, you gave out the case number and anyone can find the complete information if they have a case number.
