LC Approvals from PBEC ( new)

My labor was certified by PBEC on 01/09/2007, which has a priority date of Aug 2004. Yet to receive the approval letter. Don't know how long i have to wait for the approval letter.

Hope, that everybody gets out of this PBEC soon :) .
 
CERTIFIED - FINALLY after 5 yrs & 6 months...

I just wanted to share some good news. My labor just got approved after 5 & 1/2 years. My employer just received the notification in the mail today.
The certifying date was January 17th, 2007.

I am not sure how to react because I am in complete shock. The website still shows "In-Process"

I would like to thank this forum for their support through the hard times.

It is finally my turn!

My status changed to certified this morning. My lawyer called PBEC and got confirmed. It is a long 5.5 years!!! Now waiting for the certification to arrive. Good luck to us all! :)

Labor Certified after Denial

My case was denied on 20th of last month due to lack of response for NOF. My lawyer sent NOF reply in time.

On Jan 12th, case status has been changed to INPROCESS from Denied. I don’t know whether my lawyer resent NOF reply or BEC found the original rebuttal.

Today morning, finally my case has been certified

BTW, my company received around 10 approvals in the last 2 days.

Congratulations - you really deserve it after 6 years!
guess no more need for epidurals, since labor is finally over :)
now start taking painkillers for I-140 and I-485
