LC Approvals from PBEC ( new)

Labor Certificated

Finally I got my labor

filed at 09/31/2002 from NJ, EB2 RIR
Get 45 day letter at 09/2005.
Today(11/09/2006) I got email from lawyer said my labor was proved.

It took 4 days for PBEC to mail the approval letter to the attorney.
 
Certified!!

My online PBEC status indicates that my case has been certified today. The forum and all its members have been invaluable to keeping sane during this process.

I wish the older priority dates get approved soon and I guess we will all be waiting at the 485 stage.

The status for another person in my company shows "CERTIFIED" as of today..

PD AUG 2003
EB3/RIR
P-05139-2xxxx

another LC with the same PD was certified more than a month ago. It is hard to explain how two labor certs for the same position, company, PD, category and adjacent case numbers were approved 6 weeks apart ...!!!

A BEC speciality I guess..

Just received a phone call from my immigration lawyer, she received my LC approval from PBEC today. Thanks everyone and hope I can hear everyone's good news in nearly future.

Philly region office received date: 01/13/2004
Transferred to PBEC: 09/24/2004
Case number: P-0426x-xxxxx
45 Day's letter received on: 02/01/2005
45 Day's letter replied on : 02/10/2005
Received Approval from PBEC: 11/15/2006
PBEC track system: Showing "In Process" on 11/15/2006 ??? :confused:

If my theory is correct, third digit of last 5 digits, of those two guys would be different. Could you confirm?

No, only the fourth digit was different. both were 05139-xxxyx

Gurus,
I have an urgent question for the following situation.

His labor was certified on line waiting for letter
His job will end this month and he is going to take the new job next month and will file PERM again..

Can he retain the priority date from the current certified labor?

I would appreciate ur input on this, thanks.
