Guys,
The online status changed to 'CERTIFIED' today !
Looks like they are processing the left over cases.

My details are as follows:
PD: Dec 2002
45 Day Letter: Sep 2005
Certified: Nov 3 2006 .

Good Luck to all my firends who filed in 2002/2001 and are still waiting.
I have been through this and can understand the frustation, I mean we can just wait and watch and see 2004 cases being approved.....
Sending letters to DOL will not get you anything other than some personal satisfaction. It might delay the process as they will allocate resources to respond to your query [instead of those resources working on processing pending labors]

I was informed that my labor has been certified. Dont have all the details, but here is what all I know-

Cleared State back in 2004
