Labor approved ! June 2002 CA EB3 RIR

Hi All,

I am happy to share the good news with you all that
my LABOR got approved.My employer received the FINAL DETERMINATION letter dated July 19,2006.The ETA 750 is not enclosed.Myself and my lawyer
has been CCed on it.

Approval Date is July 19,2006.Rest of my details are in my signature.

This forum has been tremendously supportive and encouraging to me in my long and frustating(4 years and 1 month) wait for Labor certification.I thank everybody in this forum for their support !

GOOD LUCK to all those who are waiting !

Colleague's Labor approved ! FEB 2003 DC EB3 RIR

One of my colleague's Labor was approved yesterday

Details:

CAse NO: ETA P-0518X-XXXXX
DC / EB3 / RIR
PD: Feb 14th 2003
Received 45 Day letter: Never Recd
Approval Received : 19th-Jul-2006

The notice was sent to the residence by regular mail yesterday Aug 2nd with CC to The company and the attorney.

My labor is certified atlast. After waiting for 5 years and 2 months.
What a relief :) . I wish you all good luck. I believe you'll all get your
labor certified very soon.

Yes case made regional before went to PBEC and recruitment/advertisement done in Feb 2005

first of all congrats for ur labor certification.i am from mississippi too.can u tell ur case was eb2 or eb3??

I thought a day like this is not going to happen to me, but it did.

Got a phone call from the laywer Friday morning, and got a confirmation copy mail to my address as well regarding my LC approval.
