Late project start

Hi All,

Quick query...My project was to start in Sep 2018 first week and I got my TN visa for 3 years end of August 2018. However my project may get delayed by a month (mid to end October). Waiting for a confirmed start date from the client.

Should I expect any queries from the US immigration when I start travelling for my project. I am planning to take email/letter from the client mentioning the delayed start date.

Yes, you still have an active relationship with the firm that is progressive. This is not the same as starting with a firm and then being "benched".
