I-140/485 :LAST UPDATE TODAY:BUT NO CHANGE IN STATUS:

MY CASE IS EB2:ADVANCED DEGREE

ANY COMMENTS GURUS
 
Is it possible that I file my I40 in Nebraska as my LC was approved in Chocago and 485 in Taxes center as I live here? If yes then can I file Concurrent and how it works?

drjsingh,

u have all the credentials done for a concurrent adjudication and since your fp was also updated a month back an update on your case could be a positive sign. please keep the forum updated about any change in status and all the best.
 
Can somebody please tell me how I can check my status online? I filed I-140 and I-485 on July 2nd.

Most likely you are NOT going to see LUD change for few more days. Let us see.

Hi,

I have applied for concurrent filing I140/I485/EAD on july 22. I have received the receipt for I140, but i haven't received the receipt for I485 and EAD. Isn't that i have to receive all of them at the same time?

Guys,

My I140 has been approved, I received an email from the online system at 7:30pm EST. The online status has been updated too. Here are my details

I140:

RD: 06/14/2004
ND: 06/14/2004
RFE: 07/06/2004
RFE Response recvd: 07/30/2004
AD: 08/04/2004

Naanshi thank you for your inputs and giving me some encouraging words, I am still in a shock, no news of I485 yet, but as I had mentioned earlier both cases LUD changed this morning to 08/04/2004 and today evening I140 has been approved. I will keep this thread updated if I should hear anything else.

congrats sreddy227, i guess sometimes its good to get an RFE and if you are lucky your 485 might also get approved, lets hope for the best.

Thank you iknowitall, I guess so too. My I485 wouldn't be approved, I still haven't done my finger printing yet, haven't received the notices yet. None of the other applications have moved either(EAD/AP)

Your RFE was simple one and this status changes indicate that they have started working on your case. You should receive your I-140 approval any time now.

Congratulations sreddy227 ! Wow, that was really quick, after the horror you had to go through the labor process, thsi was a piece of cake :)! I think if you recieve FP notice soon, maybe you can expect I-485 to approve soon !!!

Thank you setra2002, yeah it was really a pleasant surprise, esp my labor took 45mos(11/17/00~04/30/04) to be approved and here 140 took close to 50days, it is amazing. I hope what you said comes true, I will keep this thread updated if I should hear anything.

FP Notices

Hi Everyone,

Today I received Emails from USCIS that they have mailed the FP notices for myself and my spouse on 08/06/2004, two days after my I140 got approved. I still don't know the dates for FP, I will update the thread once I receive the actual notices.

Thank you shishe, I hope so too, I am not sure if it sounds like asking for too much. keep you posted about the FP interview date when I get it and any subsequent updates.

Online msg changed back and forth

I just received email on my pending 485 stating that on so and so date we recvd your finger prints and are pending review. The strange thing is myself and my spouse gave our FP's on 08/24/04 and the LUD and message changed couple of days later to what it is now and then changed to results received and continue processing, the LUD until today on both of our cases was 09/03/04, that was the last update with results recvd msg, now exactly after 60 days both of our cases say the FP's were recvd etc etc.

I just wasn't sure what was going on, wondering if any of the gurus can shed some light on this. Also I have read all the msgs about the PD's, my PD is 11/17/2000.

Here are my details

140/485/EAD/AP RD : 06/14/2004
140 AD : 08/04/2004
EAD/AP AD : 09/11/2004, 09/14/2004
