Hi all,

I am starting this thread because I think it is important to track changes on LUD as they are showing movement on the cases/approvals.

OctFiler got the EAD LUD updated and then 140 got approved. Then he got the 140 LUD updated THREE TIMES and then immediately after the 485 got approved.

It looks like when an examiner is working with a case, somehow dates get updated.

Let's leave Finger Prints LUDs out since they are not really showing what we want to see. Please feel free to share LUD changes on EAD, AP and 140s.

I-140 RFE replied : First Week of July, but online status not updated.
I-140 LUD: 07/23/04, but No status change.

EB3, Labor filed in Feb 2003, approved in Aug 1st week 2003.


140 RD:09/30/2003
140 ND:10/07/2003
LUD :10/10/2003 (first and last, no status change till now)

AP RD : 07/19/2004

LUD : 07/22/2004


If I don't see any progress, am going to apply for EAD after couple weeks. Hope at least that triggers..

EAD :03/23/2004 (Approval)

I-485 :05/26/2004 (reviewd results of FP done on 05/14/04 and case
processing has been resumed status message)

On July 30, 2004, USCIS received your RFE documents. So your LUD changed.

On August 02, 2004, they might have forwarded your file or RFE documents to the Officer who issued RFE. So again the LUD changed.


Just my guessing.

Hi sreddy227,

I remember you from the MI labor forum. I know you had to wait an extremely looong time to get your labor. Its good to see you on the I-140 forum.

Looks lke your I-140 is taking different and a much quicker route as I saw you got RFE after only 22 days of I-140 ND !! I also see some change on your I-485 LUD. I hope you get a concurrent approval for 485 and 140 as you have been waiting for a long time.

Hi setra2002,

it's me and I am still here, I remember you too, my labor took 3 1/2 yrs to clear and I finally moved to the next stage and here things are happening quickly, hopefully as you said it is some good news, but you never know what these guys will do, keeping my fingers crossed. I will keep this thread updated with my info. It is nice talking to you after a long time.

Hi All,

LUD on the case has changed to 07/30/04

There is no change in the messages for each but just the LUD has changed

What does this mean??

Details:
-----------------------------------
I-140 - 10/07/03
I-485 - 10/07/03 (Concurrent)
No Finger Prints done yet
Applied for EAD and advance payroll renewal on 07/19/04

Any comments Please?
