I dont know what to do and what will be my last name that should be

Dude, u know what your name is. Contact either USCIS or Social Security and have it fixed.

now i am in canada so how can i do that

now i live in canada for 1 month or more so i shold wait until i come bake to the usa or contact them now to fex it,if i need to contact them how can i do that
