Hello Rajiv Sir,
I wanted to know that I was laid off on my H1B and I am in my 60 day grace period. Seeing the current market condition in product management it is tough to secure a new job in 60 days. I would like to know what are my alternative options to legally stay in the US? If I convert to B1/B2 what reason should I state and when I get a job on B1 how will I convert to H1B? Moreover, if I go back to India will I be able to come back to US on this H1B if I get a job and get my H1 transferred. If yes until when do I have time to come back?
