My employer filed labor 5 weeks ago and is still pending. I am planning to travel overseas next month. Will I have any problems entering US as the immigration officer may know that i have started my GC process while on TN (and have dual intent) and may argue that i am not intending to stay temporary
I am not even sure if i can apply labor while I am on TN but did it anyway and the lawyer also did not mention anything contrary. Please advice
