L2 EAD query

Hi,

I am located in Denver.
I applied for my L2 EAD and my receipt notice date is may 21st. I got RFE on july 30th. I sent back my evidence within a week's time and on Aug6 07 i got confirmation email that evidence was received and processing was resumed.

Now by aug 21st it would be 90 days from the date of receipt notice, I want to expedite the EAD coz i do have a couple of offers and they want me to join ASAP. I m trying to schedule infopass appointment, but all that i get everytime is No appointment information available. Should i still wait? Or can i expedite my EAD thro someway?
 
got a job but EAD is pending....

Hey same situation is with me now....I765 is pending since last 90 days IN TEXAS SERVICE CENTER....application receipt dated 26th july 2007.....no further biometrics or anything...the status is still pending...now ive got a job offer i have to join in 3-4 days...plzz tell me wat shud be done...? how was ur case resolved??? i wud appreciate it.

Have you applied for L2 EAD or 485 EAD?.

DID you EFILE the EAD application or filled the form manually?

Is biometrics required for L2 EAD? Do they send a seperate letter to do biometrics?.

Pls share if you have any info and i shall do the same?. My receipt date is Jul 27th 2007 and still pending...no news.
 
I got my EAD today. It took only two months to me.

I have filled EAD application online. My receipt date was Jan 28th. I got an appointment letter for boimetrics for Feb 23rd. Today i got my EAD. Apperently it took less than two months.
 
EAD after biometrics

Hi,

Its been 3 weeks after biometrics has been done.

do we have to send any supporting documents... they have not asked for any.

has anyone got the EAD without sening supporting documents who has filed online.
