L1 Visa if spouse a permanent resident

My spouse is a permanent resident. We got married a month back. My company is willing to apply for L1 Visa, but they are doubtful that it will be approved if I mention about my spouse and his permanent resident status. Isnt L1 and H1B are similar in terms of allowing the visa holder to apply for green card. Please throw some light on whether I should apply for L1 visa now or wait for next year's H1b?

L-1 visas are also dual intent like H-1Bs. Your spouse being a PR will have no bearing on the outcome of your L-1 visa since 214(b) does not apply.

Do I have a chance to get Visitor Visa?
If I take a break from work, and have a letter from my office that I have been approved "casual leave" for a month, will that aid in getting me a visitor visa?

L1 Visa approved

My L1 Visa got approved. If I start working in USA and if my spouse gets citizenship, what do we do next?

1. Can I apply for 1-130 and 1-485?
2. Or, should I return back to India, and apply for K-3 visa? Or, can I apply for K-3 visa when I am in USA?

3. What would be proper and faster way of getting Immigration and rightful status to stay in USA?
