My friend who is on L1 , he needs help over L1 to H1 approval....
My friend is on L1 since Apr 2007. He got the H1 Approval from Oct 2008. His I 797 shows replacement of new I 94.
1. Now if he leave usa, he has to give the new I 94 or the old I 94 with his passport.
2. If he don't give new I 94 while leaving usa, and give the old I 94 ... is there any problem....??
3. If he stamped visa for his h1b from India, can he stay on L1 ?
