L1 -> H1

Hi,

FY07 H1B visa has been applied for change of status. I am currently on L1, I94 expires on Nov 30. If H1B gets approved for me in October 06, can I continue to work on L1 till Nov 30 or beyond?

Hi,

My H1 sponsor company has applied with I-129 Non-Immigrant Worker Visa category. Mostly it should be approved in October.

Please let me know your comments.
