I have been wondering if it is a requirement to take my kid for interview who is 11months. I included her later after i gave birth and sent information to KCC and replied and informed me the information provided has been added to my case. When i got the second NL the baby information was not there. I have read in other forums that it is not a requirement to take babies less than certain years but i want to be safe and carry my baby but still am imagining the hussle of been with her for unspecific time during the interview and then at this age babies want to move around and then when i am called at the counter might be tricky to handle the interview questions and holding baby at the same time and removing my documents. Any advise???

To dnk1 :

First of all congratulation about your 2NL ......

I want some information from you please :
1- Your case number ?
2- Where are you from ?
3- Your interview , where and when will it be ?
4- When did you send the new information about your baby to KCC ?
5- Did you make a new passport for your baby , or you include her to your passport ?
6- Will your baby have a medical test like you before the interview ?

I know that will help me so much because I have the same situation but I did not receive the 2NL

Is your husband not going with you to the interview? if yes, he can hold the baby while you do the sorting out and the answers (if you are the principal applicant/winner). If he's not going with you, My advice is that you go with the baby, if possible use a baby carrier to carry the baby, so you can have 2 free hands and also hold him to your body.

It's important you go with the baby, they might ask to see the baby.

KCC cannot change the data on the online form, that's why your baby's name is not in your second letter but dony worry the baby's info was sent by KCC to the embassy where you will interviewed. If your interview is in Nigeria, please go with your baby.

Thanks much for your reply. I was also thinking of taking a stroller coz the baby can sit comfortably there while i handle the interview questions. I wouldn't leave the baby coz incase they might want to see the baby especially if your added the baby after the 1st NL. It is better to be safe than sorry. Infact it might even make the interviewer not ask you many questions because you are with a baby who needs you care but not all the case.. Just the kind ones. I could not have contacted our embassy here coz i know it will take so much time to email me and i would prefer some thing in writing for evidence incase you call and speak to someone and then the day of interview you meet someone else and asks the baby. Oh well i guess i just have to pray that all will be well and baby wont get tired and clumby. Keep me in your prayers all...
