K1 Visa for Fiancee

Hello,

I want to bring my fiancee from India to the US. I have just finished my Citizenship interview and would like to go back to India and bring my fiancee with me to the US.
How can i go about doing this?

You can just go over and 'bring' your fiance back....though Im sure youre aware of this since you mentioned the K1.

So you need to apply for the K1 first...this is round about a 6-10 month process. Once your fiance has the K1 in their hand, then they can enter the US to marry you.

These people can help with the forms.

getyourhelphere.com I used them to help fill out my forms. They only charge a few bucks for the help. It ended up being less than $8 an hour I paid them in the end.
