Just promoted from I-140 to I-485. So when is FP?

Hello All, I got my I-140 approved today. Mine is concurrent filiing.
EAD - 12/2003, AP-02/2004, RD 9/16/03 for all of them. I have couple of questions. Also I am from VSC.

1. When should I expect for FP?
How many times we have to do?
2. When can I change employer?
If so, what can come back and bite in the rear?
3. When could I expect to see my I-485 cleared?

---- no fix time any time
How many times we have to do?
---- IF you do FP and 15 months are over then again you have to go for FP they will send letter
2. When can I change employer?
----- Provide the I-485 filing date? did you hit I-485 pending more than 180 days? if yes then you are eligible for AC21
If so, what can come back and bite in the rear?
-----new Job offer should be same/similar better with same title
3. When could I expect to see my I-485 cleared?
-----I dont know

Thanks for reply, Ginnu. My receipt date for I-485 is Sep 2003. I think am eligible for AC21.
