Ok. I had my second Fingerprinting done today and I ask the Lady quite a few questions.
Here is what they do now. Your Fingerprint Card will expire every 12 Month. When we talked she also said that 95% of the people she printed today were in the same boat as I am. Case approved and waiting for the Oath Letter but instead a second Fingerprint Notice came. This is just getting ready for the Oath.
The reason why others may not have to do that is because they either get their Oath Date on the Day of the Interview OR they are sworn in right then and there.
But since KC DO doesn't do that, they send Oath Letters out that is why after my and others file was reviewed by the Supervisor we had to do our Fingerprints again.
I ask her if she knew wether I was still stuck in the Namecheck and that is why I had to do prints and she couldn't tell me but she told me to go to the Infopass Clerk and see if she is willing to talk to me. Which she was and she said that since my case was approved by the IO I am not stuck in the Namecheck, only my Fingerprint Card expired.
